The winner identified as Joe B. won two grand Powerball on March 25 worth $1 Million each. Both the winning tickets were sold to Joe B. on Lake Avenue in Pueblo, one in the morning and the other in the evening. The lucky tickets, the player purchased had identical self-picked numbers and two quick picks. Joe B. had a piece of better luck in picking his lottery numbers than the lottery machine.
To adopt safety measures, in April, Colorado Lottery received an approval to process winning tickets worth $10,000 or more at a touch-free, drive-through claims office in Pueblo in light of COVID-19.
