New York Lottery’s Drawing Schedule Changes!

Monday’s drawing for the New York Lottery witnessed a different drawing schedule giving a blow to the usual habits of NY lottery players. From November 2, the New York Lottery will introduce new draw times for games including Win4, Take 5, Pick 10, Numbers, and Lotto.

The Director of New York Lottery, Gweneth Dean, stated in a press release, that "we are always looking for ways to provide convenience and accessibility for our players." He further added, "the new draw times will help our retailers and players alike by moving drawings into the same slots that better align with their daily routines."

The draw time for Numbers (Midday) has changed from 12:20 pm to 2:30 pm and from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm for the Evening draws. For Win4, Midday drawings, the time has changed from 12:20 pm to 2:30 pm and from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm. For Take 5 the timings have shifted from 11:21 pm to 10:30 pm, for Pick 10, from 7:35 pm to 8:30 pm, and for New York Lotto, from 11:00 pm to 8:15 pm.

According to the New York Lottery, the new drawing schedule gives the lottery players more time to purchase tickets for popular games like Numbers and Win4. As per the revised schedule Take 5, Pick 10, and Lotto drawings will air during prime time.

The drawings will continue to be aired live on the official draw stations of the New York Lottery.

Powerball, Mega Millions, and Cash4Life will continue to air in New York at the regular draw time.
